Refunds, Returns And Exchanges
We do not normally have problems with any of our items. It is the reason we have been able to stand by our products for over 20 years, and can continue to do so today. Many of the companies we carry have been with us for the entire life of the shop itself, and some have been around even longer than that. We also try our best to inspect any items that pass over our counters before they leave our doors regardless of that fact.
We do our best to also make certain that an item will fit your needs as close to perfectly as possible; we want you to know as much as possible about an item before you give us your hard-earned money for it. We wont sell it to you unless you're already sold on it!
However, nothing is perfect. Things can slip by Quality Control, both a manufacturer's or our own, and there is always an exception to an otherwise flawless track record; even the best companies make mistakes.
As such, we continue to stand by every single item we sell in our store. Should you find yourself dissatisfied, or encounter a problem outside of normal wear-and-tear on an item you have purchased from us, do not hesitate to contact us.
